Wales Infrastructure Investment Plan for Growth and Jobs
The Welsh Government has today launched its strategic approach for investment in infrastructure in Wales.
ICE Wales Cymru was consulted during the development of the draft plan and a representative group of members were invited to give their views. We would like to thank all members who took part in the consultation.
Keith Jones, Institution of Civil Engineers Director Wales Cymru said: "There is a very clear link between investment in our infrastructure and the economy of Wales. Our construction sector is vital to the continued growth in these difficult times. I support the Welsh Government's initiative in recognising the need for a strategic approach to investment in our infrastructure and jobs. ICE Wales Cymru will be delighted to work with the Welsh Government in developing the project pipeline."
