How is the prize awarded?

The Paterson Prize is awarded to the best written assignment or test produced during each of the UK Spring and Autumn Professional Review sessions.

Candidates are nominated by their Reviewers from each Review session on the basis that their written assignment/test has a well structured argument together with a high standard of clear and concise English.

From this pool of candidates, a winner is selected.
