The Renee Redfern Hunt Memorial Prize (RRHMP) recognises those candidates who have excelled in their written communication at Review and is awarded to the best written assignment or test produced during each Professional Review session.

Who is Renee Redfern?
The award was founded to perpetuate the memory of the late Miss Renee Redfern Hunt, MBE, and to honour her long and devoted service to the Institution as Examinations Officer from the inception of the Professional Interviews in 1945 until her death in 1981.

Am I eligible?
All Chartered and Member Professional Review candidates who have been successful at their Review are eligible to receive the prize.
Candidates are nominated by their Reviewers from each Review session on the basis that their written assignment/test has a well structured argument together with a high standard of clear and concise English.
From this pool of candidates, a winner is selected.

Prizes
The winner is awarded £100 and will also be presented with a certificate at the ICE Annual Awards Ceremony.
All successful nominees, including the overall winner, will be acknowledged in the NCE/NCEI magazines and the ICE website when the pass list is published.
There is also the opportunity for the winner to have their work published in an ICE Journal.
