Warren Medal
Awarded annually to a member of the Institution in recognition of valuable service rendered to his or her region. John A Warren was the first President of ICE Glasgow & West of Scotland, the first-ever region, founded in 1884. He was a student member when first elected President and was re-elected as President 36 years later in 1920-21. He was an active member of ICE Glasgow & West of Scotland throughout his working life and also after his retirement.
Garth Watson Medal
Instituted to commemorate Garth Watson, a well known and respected past Secretary of the Institution. The medal is awarded for dedicated and valuable service to the Institution by a member or member of staff associated with any field of its activities, or for a valuable contribution to a specific Institution project.
