ICE Group is made up of three core areas:

Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) – the qualifying body and learned society for the civil engineering profession

Thomas Telford Limited – the commercial arm of the ICE, providing knowledge-based products and services to the construction industry

ICE Benevolent Fund – the benevolent fund for ICE members and their families.

The heads of these three areas report to the Director General – our Managing Director.

ICE is organised into six divisions. Each of these divisions is led by a Director - a full-time employee of the institution - who reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The Directors also report to Vice Presidents and the President, who are elected members of the institution and ensure that members' interests are met.
