The ICE maintains Registers (sometimes referred to as Panels or Registers) of suitably qualified individuals to act in dispute resolution proceedings and will generally appoint members of these Registers to disputes.
The Registerss are in the public domain and freely available from this page for those who do not necessarily require an appointment by the ICE but require the services of someone qualified in one or more forms of dispute resolution.
Members of the ICE Dispute Resolution Registers are required to maintain a high level of proficiency in their fields and keep up to date with current developments and best practice. To monitor this high standard the ICE scrutinises member´s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) on an annual basis.
Also available on this page are forms for appointments by the ICE, ICE Dispute Resolution Procedures and CPD requirements for members of the Dispute Resolution Registers
