Dispute Resolution Service

Amendments to the ICE Adjudication Procedure 1997.

Amendments to the ICE Arbitration Procedure 3rd Edition.

CPD Forms

The ICE Dispute Resolution Service is a service where the ICE will act as a neutral body to appoint an appropriate person who will resolve a dispute or act as expert in a case. This generally happens in situations where parties in dispute cannot agree a suitable person, there is a contractual condition that the ICE will be the nominating body or a court has ordered that a party approach the ICE.

The ICE maintains Registers (sometimes referred to as Panels or Registers) of suitably qualified individuals to act in dispute resolution proceedings and will generally appoint members of these Registers to disputes.

The Registerss are in the public domain and freely available from this page for those who do not necessarily require an appointment by the ICE but require the services of someone qualified in one or more forms of dispute resolution.

Members of the ICE Dispute Resolution Registers are required to maintain a high level of proficiency in their fields and keep up to date with current developments and best practice. To monitor this high standard the ICE scrutinises member´s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) on an annual basis.
