The progress of civilization over the past 150 years has been faithfully recorded in the form of record photographs of civil engineering projects. The ICE collections include images of many of the world's most important engineering works under construction as well as leading engineers of the past. The collections are added to continually through events like the British Construction Industry Awards. The Institution's large collection of prints and engravings provides a further image resource.

Our images are reproduced regularly on Television and in books and magazines.

We are able to provide good quality prints and slides for personal use or for publication. Prices for photography are quoted on request but are normally £20-£30 for a 10" x 8" print. We can also supply 35mm slides (£20-25). Digital images can be supplied at similar prices.

The Institution charges reproduction fees for the publication of original material. Prices are negotiable, depending on the ultimate use of the image.
