Engineering Without Frontiers

As part of the EWF Presidential Commission, the ICE and Engineers Against Poverty has examined how social objectives are currently incorporated in current national and international procurement procedures for civil works in low and middle income countries.
ICE Council recently supported a set of eleven recommendations that offer potential to improve social and operational performance in procurement procedures for civil works.
