New Civil Engineer (NCE) is a weekly magazine produced for ICE members by Emap. Although we do not run it, we regularly discuss the content of the magazines and the performance of our contract with Emap through an editorial advisory board and a supervisory board. Most members who live in the UK receive NCE free every week (worth £130 a year) and most overseas members, including those in the EU, receive New Civil Engineer International (NCEI) every month (worth £85 a year in the EU and £95 internationally). NCEI is a compendium of the articles that appear in NCE, chosen to suit an international audience, as well as a selection of papers from civil engineering journals. All members can also access industry news online and can choose to receive daily updates if they wish.
