ICE has a joint division in South Africa, the ICE-SA, run in conjunction with SAICE, which is chaired by International Representative Hylton Macdonald.

The ICE Middle East and Africa Convention is tentatively planned for October 2012 in the UAE. Held every two years in a different location within the region, it provides an opportunity for ICE members, International Representatives and other guests from across the Middle East and Africa to come together to share learning and best practice, with expert speakers delivering lectures on pre-determined topics.
