The ICE Representative is a volunteer ICE member resident in Portugal, who has been appointed by the ICE Headquarters and will be a point of reference for you outside the UK, and will also be a connection to the most relevant person at the ICE Headquarters in case your query needs to be directly dealt through the offices in the UK.
