The ICE Representative is a volunteer ICE member resident in Spain, who has been appointed by the ICE Headquarters and will be a point of reference for you outside the UK, and will also be a connection to the most relevant person at the ICE Headquarters in case your query needs to be directly dealt through the offices in the UK.

There is a Spanishforum where the members in Spain can communicate with each other.

There is an Agreement of Cooperation with the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos Canales y Puertos and Asociacion de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales Y Puertos which enables members of either organisation to attend meetings, conferences, use library facilities etc at members rates.
 

ICE has published Guidance for Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos on ICE membership and making an application.
