Americas Sub-Committee
The ICE Americas Sub-Committee is currently comprised of 12 representatives. These representatives help support the development of links with civil engineering associations in the Americas and assist in raising the profile of the Institution.

In some areas of the Americas, our International Representatives are supported by volunteer committees. For example, ICE members in the north eastern states of the USA are supported by the New York Metropolitan Area Local Association. The association is comprised of members of the ICE now living, working or retired in the North Eastern United States. They organize events, meetings, seminars and functions related to Civil Engineering issues and provide a forum for the exchange of opinions, ideas and information. The ICE West Indies Local Association based in Trinidad and Tobago is committed to promoting the activities of the ICE in the West Indies by building a strong network to sustain the exchange of ideas and knowledge among civil engineers, graduates, technicians, associates and students of the region. The Association is dedicated to encouraging and supporting its members to become professionally qualified and thus increase their contribution, not only to the region but to the world.
