East Midlands Merit Awards

Congratulations to the winners of the ICE East Midlands Merit Awards (EMMAs) 2012.

These awards are the highlight of the civil engineering calendar in the region and is a wonderful opportunity for civil engineers in the region to celebrate all aspects of their achievements, whether related to projects or people.

There are four categories:

  • Large project category: for projects costing more than £750,000;
  • Small project category: for projects costing less than £750,000;
  • Studies and research category: for conceptual ideas developed through study and research in practical recommendations
  • Team achievement category: for teams working in operations, construction, design in a civil engineering project.  The core of the team must be located in the East Midlands but the project can be located anywhere in the world.


Entries for the 2013 awards will be open in the Autumn.
