The affairs of the region are managed by the Regional Committee made up from members of the branches, specialist groups and sections, each with their own management committee.

The regional structure also include a number of sub-committees and the Regional Education Team to provides focus on the priorities and output outlined in the regional business plan.
The Regional Executive Board (REB) is empowered by the Regional Committee, between committee meetings, to manage the affairs of the Region and provide continuity, direction and prioritisation to the Regional Support Team. The Board operates under the terms of reference laid down by the Regional Committee. Members of the REB are: Regional Chair, Past Chair, Senior Vice-Chair, Regional Council Member, other Council Members residing in the region, and the Honorary Treasurer.
