Resources

ICE London has worked with some of our dedicated volunteer ICE ambassadors to produce a portfolio of resources which ambassadors can use when they go into the classroom.

Our ambassadors engage with schools and colleges on a number of educational projects and initiatives over the year, which promote civil engineering and STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) to the students.

Resources for each of the projects are available to download:

Schools Model Bridge Building Competition

A competition aimed at Year 8, 9 and 10 students to build a wooden truss bridge.

Engineering the Olympic Park

This film, produced by ICE London includes interviews with key Olympic Delivery Authority figures responsible for the construction of the park, and fascinating time-lapse filming of the different stages of construction.
