
The North West Civil Engineering Community Award recognises civil engineering projects which demonstrate tangible benefits to society, along with a measurable improvement to the quality of life for those who use it or are affected by it.
The project must be demonstrably sound in terms of concept, design and construction. The award is presented to projects located in the North West of England: Cheshire, Cumbria, the Isle of Man, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
