Undergraduate prize
An essential aspect of civil engineering is the development of managerial and financial skills.
This prize is intended to encourage imagination and lateral thinking by undergraduate students on management issues.
Any piece of work produced by the student, and judged by the University to be worthy of recognition, may be submitted. The paper / report / assignment must relate to a management topic or project and could for example, be based on a final year project, module coursework or even a placement report. The work should show the skills of observation and reasoning inherent in a good manager.
The winning paper will be presented with a trophy and a £250 cash prize. The 2011 prize has now closed.
