ICE NI supports a range of clubs and societites consisting of members working or having worked in a wide range of civil engineering fields and specialisms.
The Golfing Society
Golfing Society members play on courses throughout Northern Ireland, weather permitting of course! Away days have also included rounds on the impressive Celtic Manor course in Wales, which played host to the 2010 Ryder Cup. The 2013 Golfing Society captain is Ray Cahoon.
The blue ribbon event in the Northern Ireland Golfing Society calendar is the Milway Cup, which attracts a sizable field each year and is always hotly contested. If you want to get involved please contact Jack McFarland or David Porter. To download a list of upcoming fixtures click here.
The Civil Engineers' Club

The Civil Engineers Club (CEC) promotes and supports sporting and social activities for civil engineers throughout Northern Ireland. CEC activites are likely to be of interest to civil engineers as well as their families, and provide opportunities for members to maintain contact with colleagues in an informal setting.
CEC activities often involve sporting, cultural or social events. Recent CEC outings have included visits to the Peace Bridge in Derry~Londonderry, the new train station in Newry, and the Lyric Theatre in Belfast.
