Highlands and Islands Branch is the newest Branch within ICE Scotland. Formerly a sub-group of the Glasgow & West of Scotland Region, Highlands and Islands became independent at the creation of the single ICE Scotland Region in November 2009.
The new Branch was presented with a splendid Chain of Office by David Anderson, Chairman of Glasgow & West of Scotland, at his Address in January 2010.
