Southern Retired Chartered Engineers (SRCE)

Founded in 1980, the Southern Retired Chartered Engineers (SRCE) is a group of retired chartered engineers who meet eight or nine times a year from March to October.

The association is run, purely on a voluntary basis, by a small committee and the membership is mainly made up of civil and structural engineers with a few from other engineering disciplines.

An Annual General Meeting is held in the autumn which normally includes lunch and a speaker.

The cost of membership is only £10 a year, to cover administrative costs.

No additional subscription is required for husbands, wives or partners of members and they are welcome to participate in the various events arranged by SRCE.
