Payment: The programme fee must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice.
Accommodation: A list of hotels in the vicinity of the courses is available upon request. Accommodation is not included in the programme fee.
Course descriptions: The contents of the course descriptions are intended for general guidance and do not form part of any contract. Courses are constantly updated and improved and we reserve the right to make reasonable variations to any course.
Cancellation of courses: We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund of the value of the cancelled course.
Non-attendance: In the event that you are unable to attend one of the scheduled course dates within the programme, then, subject to availability, IoD will seek to provide a place on a suitable publicly scheduled IoD course. This arrangement falls outside the scope of the IoD/ICE Programme and so IoD will charge an additional fee for that public course place – this fee is based upon the IoD standard public course fee. The booking and invoicing for this course place will be coordinated directly between the IoD and the delegate concerned.
Cancellation of programme bookings: All delegate cancellations must be notified in writing to Thomas Telford Training before the programme start date. Cancelled bookings are subject to cancellation fees based upon the number of days notice Thomas Telford Training receives.

In the event that a delegate withdraws from the programme after it has commenced then no refund is payable.
