Engineering Excellence Awards 2013
The Engineering Excellence Awards showcase the best civil engineering projects in the region in any given year, with the judges rewarding projects that reflect aspects of the ICE’s Global Vision of: ‘Civil Engineers at the heart of society, delivering sustainable development through knowledge, skills and professional expertise’.
The closing date for entries for the 2013 awards has now passed. We will be announcing the shortlisted projects in mid April.
Winners will be announced at our three award dinners across the region in June 2013.
Any size or type of project is eligible. Previous entries and winners have ranged in scale from £32,000 to £370 million, and from structures, energy and transport, to ground works, restorations and sea defences.
The awards not only provide a boost to team morale, but are an excellent PR opportunity and can help cement the relationship between clients, contractors and consultants.
