CEEQUAL for term contracts

CEEQUAL for Term Contracts has been specifically created for the assessment of civil engineering and public realm works that are undertaken through contracts over a number of years and in a wide geographical or operational area.

Assessors trained under CEEQUAL for Term Contracts will also gain extensive knowledge of the previously described environmental areas seen under Projects, but each question is characterised as being relevant to either ‘Contract Management’ or ‘Delivery on the Ground’. Prior experience

The nature of the CEEQUAL scheme normally means that course attendees wishing to be CEEQUAL Assessors usually have prior experience and interest in either civil engineering, public realm works or in environment and sustainability issues. A knowledge base in either of those areas will be very helpful in the process of an Assessment. However, there is no need to be an ‘expert’ in either of these areas in order to go through the training process and become a successful Assessor.

Entry onto the training course is not limited to those who are members of a project team applying for a CEEQUAL Award. The training course can be attended by anyone interested in improving the performance of civil engineering and/or public realm works. So it can be used as an element of your increasingly important Continuing Professional Development.
