Civil Engineers’ core values ensure that health, safety and welfare is at the heart of everything we do. Civil engineers work with integrity, within our competence, in the public interest and continually develop our knowledge. ICE requires its members to have a sound knowledge of health and safety, and a high regard for the consequences of their professional activities on the safety of workers and others.
