The Management Panel's remit is to facilitate best practice in the delivery of management and commercial management solutions and policy worldwide on behalf of ICE and ICES.
The Panel works to disseminate knowledge, establish standards, promote and comment, provide advice, establish a position, and liaise with external bodies through a series of projects.
The Panel meets quarterly, and its members consist of representatives from ICE and ICES who monitor the delivery of the annual action plan and develop future programmes.
The Management Panel’s 2011 portfolio will focus on two main areas:
i) risk management
ii) best practice in project management

Management, Procurement and Law publishes papers on all aspects of the management, procurement, and legal aspects of running construction proejcts. Areas of coverage include procurement strategies and contractual arrangements, managing the planning and design processes, and managing the construction phase. Particular emphasis is placed on issues such as quality, value, risk, environment, and safety.
