The ICE Asset Management Working Group was formed in late 2011 under the auspices of the ICE/CICES Management Panel.
The objective of the group is tasked with representing the principles of effective asset management within the civil infrastructure.
The working group is composed of individuals from expert panels, industry and other professional bodies.
A two-page Policy Position Statement has been created to briefly explain the issues facing infrastructure over their life-time and the principles of effective asset management. The two page introduction also sets out what the ICE intends to do over the coming months to develop awareness and consideration of this important topic within government and industry.
