Water and Sediment, Waves and Floods

Alistair Borthwick is a Professor of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford, and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. This 2011 Dugald Clerk Lecture took place on 14 February and gives a brief outline of conservation laws that describe shallow water-sediment flows.
