Membership Development Officers (MDOs) provide in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to hep you becoming professionally qualified.

Jonathan Baggs
Regional Director - ICE London and the South East
Jonathan assists the regional committee in delivering its business plan and leads the Regional Support Team. His role includes inspiring the next generation of civil engineers, raising the profile of civil engineering, and helping support members throughout their career and beyond.
Rose Creasey
Regional Co-ordinator
As Regional Coordinator, Rose is the first point of contact in the regional office and handles all finance queries. She also helps organise events in the region.
Jemma Ralphs
Marketing and Communications Executive
Jemma manages all aspects of marketing and communications within the region. If you're a journalist looking for information or you would like to promote a civil engineering scheme or event, Jemma can help.
Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders across the region including City Hall, industry, and other institutions, Jemma also promotes policy initiatives and manages ICE London’s Energy, Transport, Waste & Resource Management, and Water panels.
