The Regional Support Team is based in Belfast and provides support for the regional committees, and ICE members in Northern Ireland. You can get in touch with the team if you have a membership query, or for information about events, committees and getting involved.

We're here to help, so if you have a question or membership query, please get in touch. Some staff work part-time, but we will respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

The regional team offers advice and support for anyone who wants to find out more about membership and the application process.

If you have a question, then please give them a call or email.

Membership Development Officers (MDOs) provide in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.

They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to hep you becoming professionally qualified.

Membership Manager Scotland & NI

Donna is Membership Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. She also covers the MDO role in the East and South East of Scotland. Donna works full-time, and will also respond to any membership queries by email or phone from members in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Jen is a Membership Development Officer for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. She works part-time.

The Northern Ireland office works to support our members, help raise the profile of civil engineering, and provide expert comment or help put you in touch with civil engineering experts.

Jenny Green

Regional Director

Jenny is responsible for assisting the regional committee in delivering the regional business plan and she leads the Regional Support Team. This includes inspiring the next generation of civil engineers, raising the profile of the profession and infrastructure, and ensuring that ICE supports members throughout their career and beyond.

Emma Barwell

Regional Co-ordinator

Emma is the first point of contact in the regional office and handles all finance queries. She also manages the administration of events in the region and oversees our pre-19 school activity, including supporting ICE ambassadors.

Neeta Cubitt

Marketing and Communications Executive

Neeta is responsible for member communications and publications, including the eNews bulletin, website updates and social media. She also works with the Regional Coordinator to promote and coordinate events and activities to promote civil engineering and ICE externally. Neeta works part time – Tuesday mornings, Wednesday and Thursday full days.
