Membership Development Officers (MDOs) provide in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to hep you becoming professionally qualified.

Karl Pasmore MEng CEng FICE
Membership Manager - London and South East England
Karl is the Membership Manager for London and South East England. He oversees all the MDOs within the London and South East England regions.
Hazel Sanders CEng MICE
Membership Development Officer
Hazel is the MDO for the Thames Valley. MDOs are available to offer advice on the application process for all membership grades, and the different steps involved in becoming professionally qualified.

Kate is the MDO for Surrey Brighton & Gatwick. MDOs are available to offer advice on the application process for all membership grades, and the different steps involved in becoming professionally qualified.
Malcolm Peake CEng FICE

Malcolm is an MDO in London and Kent. Malcolm can give advice on applying for membership at any grade, and how you can work towards professional qualification.
Alison Jones BSc (Hons) CEng MICE
Membership Development Officer
Alison is the MDO for Hampshire and West Sussex. Alison brings a wealth of engineering experience to support the trainee programmes. She is available to offer advice on the application process for all members and the different steps involved in becoming professionally qualified.
Chrystal Udenweze
Membership Coordinator
Chrystal is the Membership Coordinator for the London and South East England regions, and supports the MDOs.
The South East England team works to support our members, help raise the profile of civil engineering, and provide expert comment or help put you in touch with civil engineering experts.

Jonathan Baggs
Regional Director - ICE London and the South East
Jonathan assists the regional committee in delivering its business plan and leads the Regional Support Team. His role includes inspiring the next generation of civil engineers, raising the profile of civil engineering, and helping support members throughout their career and beyond.
Rose Creasey
Regional Co-ordinator
Rose is the Regional Coordinator for South East England. Rose supports the running of the office, deals with general enquiries and helps organise events in the region
Jemma Ralphs
Marketing and Communications Executive
Jemma manages all aspects of marketing and communications within the region. If you're a journalist looking for information or you would like to promote a civil engineering scheme or event, Jemma can help.
Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders across the region including City Hall, industry, and other institutions, Jemma also promotes policy initiatives and manages ICE London’s Energy, Transport, Waste & Resource Management, and Water panels.
Jemma works with organisations to support our regional activities both financially and in kind and manages the sponsorship opportunities for ICE South East England.
