Membership Development Officers (MDOs) provide in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to hep you becoming professionally qualified.

Michelle is responsible for managing membership support across the South West & Wales. She also provides support for graduates and companies in the Channel Islands, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset.
Paul is responsible for membership support and provides MDO visits and guidance for companies and graduates in south west Wales.
Steve is responsible for membership support and provides MDO visits and guidance for companies and graduates in North and Mid Wales.
Kate is responsible for membership support and provides MDO visits and guidance for companies and graduates in South Wales (mainly CF and NP post codes).
Caroline Kelley is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Charlotte Chevalier is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Aaron is the Membership Development Coordinator who deals with general enquiries about Routes to Membership.
The Wales Cymru team works to support our members, help raise the profile of civil engineering, and provide expert comment or help put you in touch with civil engineering experts.

Keith is Director of ICE Wales Cymru. He is responsible ICE's work in Wales and is also the ICE media contact. Keith provides advice and guidance on becoming an ICE Fellow, ICE Reviewer, AMICE and how to engage with the industry / sector. Please also contact Keith in relation to Educational issues and the ICE Wales Cymru events programme.
Anne is responsible for Finance, Education and Inspiration Events including STEMM activities, co-ordination of the Annual Awards, promotional and annual events for ICE Wales Cymru. As Events Co-ordinator she organises and judges a section of the People Awards and the ICE Wales Cymru Photo Competition. Anne also assists with day to day knowledge events and edits the annual Connect magazine. Anne works 4 days per week Monday to Friday on a rota basis.
Belinda is responsible for the marketing and communications for Wales including eNewsletters, social media, event promotion and the regional news section of the website. Belinda works 22 hours between Monday to Thursday.
Eleanor has recently joined us and is responsible for ICE Wales Cymru knowledge events organised by our sub-groups: the North Wales Branch, Ground Engineering Group, Municipal Engineering Group, Retired Engineers Group, the Transport Engineering Group, the Graduates & Students Group, the Fairness, Inclusion & respect Committee and the West Wales & Swansea City Club. Eleanor works from Monday to Wednesday.
