Week 2 Contract Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Common law: The interaction of statute and case law
  • Managing a contract: The key legal points to consider at the formation, completion and during a contract.

  • Dispute resolution: How do I choose the process and the mechanism? (Dispute boards, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and the courts).
