About this event

Under the TSC, the Employer is represented by the Service Manager. The Service Manager can be an in-house or an external appointment, and they require a strong understanding of the contract clauses and their duties. The Service Manager has a critical role during the service delivery phase of the contract and must:

  • Issue instructions
  • Monitor the performance of the Contractor
  • Maintain the risk register
  • Assess compensation events and payments
  • Manage the Contractor's Plan

Why enrol?

  • The only NEC3 TSC Service Manager accreditation available - a unique opportunity; recognised by employers and setting you apart from your peers
  • Offers complete clarity on the roles and duties of a TSC Service Manager
  • Gives Service Managers real skills and tools to execute their roles
  • Highly interactive, with emphasis on scenario planning and teaching through case studies
  • Peer reviewed course content and expert delivery from an NEC3 specialist

On successful completion of the programme, you will receive a unique accreditation as an NEC3 TSC Service Manager and entry onto the Register for Accredited NEC Professionals, held by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
