About this event

Contract Law affects a wide variety of transactions ranging from buying food in a supermarket to the management of complex construction projects worth millions of pounds.

This course will explore how a contract is formed, what duties may arise under a contract, what remedies are available when a contract is breached and what steps a party to a contract may take to protect its position when things go wrong.

This is a 5 week course starting on Wednesday 22nd February and continuing on the 4 consecutive Wednesdays until 22nd March 2017. Sessions start at 5:30pm for registration, and run from 6:00 – 8:30pm. You will benefit greatly from attending all 5 sessions, but if you are unable to attend one, please contact Natalie Wills at: natalie.wills@ice.org.uk.
