Since 2012, Kai has taught courses for the regional offices of ICE in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Exeter, incl. module 1 of the Law and Contract Management Course. When he taught module 1 in Birmingham (2014-16), the pass rate doubled from the year before and the number of engineers achieving distinctions increased from 0 to 3. Kai has received a lot of excellent feedback over the years. Kai’s courses cover contract law, construction contracts and dispute resolution processes, such as court, arbitration and adjudication.

“I found the course to be very good. Kai explained the key elements of a contract very well. It was also very informative, involved and full of insights.”
(Feedback from delegate who attended course Kai ran for ICE in June 2018)
