This training course is designed for staff from contractor, design, and client organisations including:

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the structure and content of the Code of Practice for project management
  • Understand project management principles and terminology
  • Understand how project management processes deliver projects
  • Be clear on the roles of the principal actors in the project management process
  • Be able to develop a project management plan

The programme will cover the various stages of project management, including planning, control and execution of a project.

Please note that this course is delivered on an evening from 18:00pm to 20:30pm. In order to receive the certificate of attendance, one needs to attend all four sessions and transfer to other courses is not possible.
