About this workshop

The ICE Benevolent Fund is working in partnership with Bill Brewer, who has an excellent track record of training design and delivery, having worked at a senior level in a corporate environment and also as a consultant.

The workshop is heavily subsidised by the Benevolent Fund and offered at a discounted rate for the benefit of ICE members.

Delegates will explore the skills and personal attributes required to run their own business before looking at key aspects of setting up and running a successful business.

Early bird discounts, of £10 and £25 respectively, are available if booking at least four weeks in advance of the workshop.

Bill Brewer

Bill Brewer has been involved with human resources management for over 45 years, leading projects at TSB Bank, Barclays Financial Services and several engineering businesses.

His experience in career management, recruitment, training and development is very extensive. He has an excellent track record of training design and delivery, having worked at a senior level in a corporate environment and also as a consultant.

In 1996, he purchased a struggling recruitment business and within three years turned the business around to be one of the most successful independent agencies in Hampshire. In addition, Bill has set up and run a Limited Company and also worked as a Sole Trader.
