Experiential learning (EL) is for engineers who want to become a Chartered Engineer with ICE (CEng MICE) but who have a UK (or equivalent) bachelors’ level academic base. Candidates who pass the EL assessment are also required to complete their IPD at CEng level before they can apply for the Chartered Professional Review.
