About this workshop

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a way for professionals to show that they are committed to learning and developing their capabilities throughout their career. To stay relevant, professionals need to keep their skills, knowledge and experience up to date. This training session will be very useful for all those seeking to understand how to capture their training and experiences in line with the ICE requirements.

The workshop is primarily aimed at Graduate members who are planning on achieving Incorporated or Chartered Membership with the ICE. The workshop will be helpful for those working on completing their Initial Professional Development (IPD) and plan on sitting their Professional Review at a future date.

The session aims to help trainees relate their experience to the relevant attribute and provide methods of recording their experience. The workshop will also be covering good practice for maintaining and managing your IPD and there will be a Question & Answer session to cover any topic that is of concern. Furthermore, this session will explain why CPD is important and the best ways to approach it. It will include examples of subject areas and activities that you can include in your records and will enable you to understand how to make your CPD as effective as possible.

Kindly note this is a free session; however, registration is required to ensure sufficient room capacity.
