About this workshop

ICE Hong Kong will hold a series of interactive and intensive CPR preparation workshops from December 2020 to January 2021 to help potential candidates to gear up for their Professional Review in 2021.

The workshops will be comprised of group discussion, class exercise/presentation as well as lecture. They are suitable for all candidates, including ICE Training Scheme trainees, HKIE Scheme “A” trainees and those who undergo self-managed route.

Session A – 05 & 12 December 2020: Preparing the Professional Review Report – this session will cover analyse potential weakness of Hong Kong candidates; identify and discuss your evidences on each of the 9 Attributes; each candidate targeting to complete a draft Report skeleton at the end of the session.

Session B –09 & 16 January 2021: Prepare professional review Presentation, Interview and written exercise – this session will cover run through what will happen on the CPR day; mock CPR interview live; brainstorming and presentation of individual’s evidences on the 9 Attributes; experience sharing and preparation strategies by recent CPR successful candidate; essay planning and time management; short writing exercises of various topics followed by individual presentation; and specific comment and feedback to each participant on their short writing exercise.

Note: Two candidates, who applied for both session A & B will be selected to be the interviewees of the mock CPR and priority will be given to ICE graduate and student members.
