  • Exploring coaching styles that you can use in your mentoring discussions
  • Guiding you in your review of applications and subsequent discussions with your candidates
  • Providing an understanding of the EngTech Review and the reviewer's view

This initial session will introduce you to the concept and process for mentoring engineering technicians so that you can confidently start to support your candidates.

It is suitable for you if you are a recently qualified technician, a long qualified technician or a graduate engineer working with technicians seeking to enhance your Management & Leadership and Professional Commitment skills and evidence.
