About this workshop

In Hong Kong, many graduates are under the ICE Training Scheme or the HKIE Scheme A, with support from their employers as they work their ways through Initial Professional Development (IPD) or so called Training. For graduates who do not have access to such schemes, ICE can provide mentor-supported training as an alternative way to capture their IPD / Training with structured guidance.

Mentor-supported training provides the graduate with an ICE approved Mentor, who must be an experienced and professionally qualified engineer and plays the role much like a Supervising Civil Engineer or Engineering Supervisor on a Training Scheme. Graduates can then seek for advice and support from the Mentors throughout their IPD/Training for progressing to the Chartered Professional Review.

This briefing session will tell you in details on how to kick off your Mentor Supported Training Scheme.
