For ICE graduates and qualified members, with at least two years’ work experience, who are looking to get a new qualification to help their professional development.
The QUEST Eloise Plunkett Award has now re-opened. This facilitates international travel with a civil engineering focus which will support ICE members' professional development.
It is funded by the Eloise & Katie Memorial Trust in memory of Eloise Plunkett, who died from cancer in 2002, and reflects her passion for civil engineering and travel.
In previous years, there has been one Award to an individual and in 2022/23 the Memorial Trust will fund three to mark the 20th anniversary of Eloise's death.
- One £3,000 award to an individual
- One £3,000 award to a pair or small team
- One £3,000 award to a previous winner
The first two are open to female ICE members based in the UK who have passed an ICE professional qualification within seven years of the 20 January 2023 application deadline. Successful applicants will be notified by 30 April and travel must be undertaken before the end of 2023.
