This series is an opportunity for you to learn about Initial Professional Development and how you can manage it. It will give you a good understand of what lies ahead and the knowledge to be able to manage the first three to five years of your career, prior to Professional Review.
Taking place over three sessions, you will understand:
- How to gain your professional qualification and use your Employer-led Training Scheme.
- The member attributes and how to prepare your evidence to demonstrate your skills.
- How to set your early career goals, record your CPD and use IPD Online.
Led by Emma Lodge, Membership Development Officer for the South West, the sessions are fully interactive. You will have ample opportunities to ask questions and engage with other graduates as you start your career.
Booking is essential and you will be sent a link before the event so that you can join it.
