Digital Transformation in the Covid-19 Crisis
Digital Transformation is going to be a key contributor to the recovery

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic the Infrastructure Client Group’s Digital Transformation Task Group (DTTG), convened to discuss the ways in which digital transformation had been utilised, or even excelled, during this crisis.

The importance of digital transformation has been proven by the rapid adaption to the pandemic and it will play a central role in the recovery and new ways of working in the future.

During their meeting on 21 April, the DTTG identified a number of key themes, from their experience of dealing with the situation, to share with the industry. The group looked at best practice and immediate successes, while also raising the potential challenges that had been identified. Discussions then moved on to look at the ‘new normal’ as the UK comes out of the emergency and what assumptions members are making to prepare for it.

A write-up highlighting the key themes from the Chatham House meeting can be downloaded.
