About this event

Every day we make conscious and subconscious decisions, both in offices and work sites, that could have impact on others.

So why do we need to take the Behavioural Safety Approach to our work?

  • We should all go home every day in at least as good a condition as we arrived at work.
  • The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 illustrates a decrease in behaviour based safety, the changes we build and implement encourage good safety behaviours.
  • If we understand why people do the things they do, identify best practice and learning opportunities and take responsibility for our safety and the safety of others, we can decrease injury events even further.
