About this event

The A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon is one of the UK's largest road projects. It represents significant investment in the region, with provision for £1.5 billion of capital investment to improve a trunk road of local, regional, national and international significance. The work will incorporate both new construction and widening and improvement of existing highways over a total length of 21 miles. The scheme includes removal of the famous viaducts over the East Coast Main Line at Huntingdon.

This event is free. Refreshments will be served from 6.00pm and the lecture will start at 6.30pm. The venue is a ten minute walk from Chelmsford railway station. Visitor's parking is available on campus from 4.30pm. Booking is not essential but helps us with planning.
