Addressing the ever increasing demand to innovate, Liverpool

About this event

Calls to innovate, to drive efficiency, improve services and enhance resilience, continues to be one of the core themes for infrastructure sectors and asset intensive services. This presents a number of key challenges for organisations and the supply chain:

  • How do we organise to drive innovation in a sustained and efficient way?
  • How can we stimulate co-creation and co-delivery of innovative solutions in the best possible way?
  • How do we make the right decisions on where to invest in terms of R&D effort and innovation?

By examining each of these key questions and other interdependent themes, we share insights and examples of how each of these challenges can be addressed to support organisations to meet the ever increasing demands to innovate.
