About this event

Event update

  • The TPS Annual General Meeting will be held as an online meeting only. No-one should attend in person. Details on how to join will be sent separately. As we need a minimum of 30 members to join the meeting to be quorate, please make every effort to join us remotely.
  • The TPS Annual Lecture will be postponed. The new date will be advised separately.
  • The TPS Annual Pub Quiz on 26 March 2020 will be postponed to 9 July 2020. The TPS Events team will work with organisers to make the re-arrangements.

We apologies for any disruption caused, but in these unprecedented times we need to put the health and well-being of our members, colleagues and families before all other considerations. If you have any queries or concerns then please let us know at [email protected].

Our Annual Lecture follows immediately after the AGM, and we’re pleased to invite our Transport Planner of the Year, Susan Claris, Associate Director at Arup in London.

Susan has worked hard to raise the profile of our profession, including coining the original idea for Transport Planning Day. In her lecture, she will reflect on the importance of diversity and who we are designing for and challenge us to do more for active travel, especially walking.
